For standard orders, 100% payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom/bespoke carpet orders, a specific percentage as an advance may be agreed upon, with the balance due before shipment from our Bhadohi facility.

• Domestic: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST as per government regulations.
• International: Prices for export orders may be quoted in USD or EUR. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

In case of a transaction failure where the amount is deducted from your account but not received by us, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 5-7 working days. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or our support team with the transaction reference number.
