We provide comprehensive shipping services:

• Domestic: Delivery across all states and union territories in India.
• International: Export services to major global destinations including the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the nature of the product:

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched from our Bhadohi warehouse within 3-5 business days.
• Custom/Bespoke Orders: These carpets are made-to-order. Production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation (typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on the knot count and size).
• Estimated Transit: 7-10 days for domestic and 15-20 days for international air freight.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the carpet, and the destination.

• Domestic Shipping: Charges are displayed during the checkout process.
• International Shipping: Quoted separately based on current air/sea freight rates. Please note that Import Duties/Customs Taxes are to be borne by the recipient as per their country's laws.
