At UTHAN CARPET PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED, we strive to ensure every handcrafted piece meets your expectations. Because our carpets are painstakingly created by artisans in Bhadohi, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for standard, in-stock items under the following conditions:

• The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item was damaged during transit or is significantly different from the ordered specifications.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email prgmab760@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product. Once approved, our team will coordinate the logistics.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned carpet at our Bhadohi facility, we will process your refund:

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• For domestic returns due to "change of mind," shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee may be deducted.
• International returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to customs complexities.

4. Damaged Goods

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please mention the same on the delivery receipt and record an unboxing video. This is mandatory for us to process insurance claims with our shipping partners.

5. Cancellation Policy

Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the material has been dyed or the loom setup has been completed.
