All our carpets are 100% handmade. Due to the nature of artisanal craftsmanship:

• Slight variations in color, texture, and size (up to 3-5%) are inherent characteristics of handmade rugs and are not considered defects.
• Digital images may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.

For bespoke or custom-designed carpets, production begins only after a formal sign-off on the design map (Naksha) and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Once a custom order enters the loom stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We facilitate global shipping through authorized logistics partners. Delivery timelines provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes, international holidays, or maritime logistics issues.
